OSX Dashboard Widget
A lot of people are asking us for Mac OSX umbrella today dashboard widgets.
Well, we don’t have one, and probably won’t make one (aspiring Mac developers - make one and we’ll link to it!).
BUT - with Safari 3 it’s very easy to make your own dashboard widget out of any web page. Just go to umbrellatoday, and enter your zip. On the very next page which shows the “yes” or “no” result, use the “web clip” feature in safari (smallish icon with scissors on it in the safari toolbar. You can select the area of the page you’d like to turn into a dashboard widget, and then save it as one.
There you go.
